• Please use Visual Basic to prototype the input screen as shown in Figure below.
• Please provide your comments about pros and cons of the layout of this screen.
• Based on your comments, please recommend a new screen layout for the company.

• You need not have a complete database to prototype input screens. All you need as a systems designer is to give some fictitious information on the screen. The information might not be real but it is created with common senses.
• When you complete and close the project, you will have 4 types of files with the following file extensions. All these 4 files must go together, otherwise, you will not be able to re-open the project.
1. .vbp (Visual Basic project file)
2. .vbw (Visual Basic workspace file, created when you close the project)
3. .frm (Visual Basic form file)
4. .frx (Visual Basic form binary file, created if your form contains images)

1. A title page with the NAME and Signature of each person in your team (2 to 3 persons).
2. The screen image having the input screen inside the VB project environment.
3. An itemized list of your Pro's and Con's comments and your recommended improvements.
4. The screen image having the newly proposed input screen inside the VB project environment.
